Shin Splints much worse than before. I knew I shouldn't have pushed it so hard. It's very frustrating! The pinpoint pain has me a little concerned about stress fractures. I have weaker bones anyways because of the parathyroid tumor sucking away at my calcium. I'm thinking that if they don't go away in the next week it might be time to make a trip to the doc. Of course she will rip me a new one for pushing so hard. She's already told me not to. Then she'll want x-rays (no insurance right now...) and then she'll tell me to stay put for a couple of weeks... Alternative?

But, I will still rejoice because all my bras are too big! hahaha That hasn't been the case since high school! =)

sorry you are still in lots pain. Take it easy. Your chart looks awesome. why don't you try some form of exercise that is not as taxing on your bones. I saw once I think on Biggest Loser where someone who couldn't do much running or walking did boxing moves with their arms it is still supposed to me a good workout. maybe just some leg lifts, dumbells, yoga? Take it easy. YAY! on the big bras :)
