I've been slacking, plain and simple. Eating late at work, eating whatever looks good. Went shopping yesterday and stocked up on healthier foods so I'm not always reaching for the boys' snacks... oh, and did some pre-season swimsuit shopping to get me motivated... It's in the 80's this week... 110+ degree weather around the corner and I'm not going to be able to hide problem areas with layers of clothes!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
