I don't think today is going to be a good food day. I'll stay in my calories but I can run like i know I will be on watermelon and bananas. I need some carbs!

And it wasn't a good day, I did worste then I thought but I got an extra work out in and some dancing at home to burn more calories. I am sure it will be fine.
