I am weighing in using my phone today, so I can not chose the 100% option this time, but I did follow the plan all the way. Today, my weight fluctuated with a whole kilo. It has behaved for a while so I have been expected it. Still annoys me. Oh well, it will be gone soon. Life is good.
273.2 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
