Today was a strange day for me. I thought that I would end up using some vacation time for the doctor appointment earlier this week. Well when it came down to it...I actually got all my hours in this week plus some when all was said and done without using any vacation time.
Boss decided that he is moving the business office out of his house and into an old gas station. That way we can have the business vehicles and stock items as well as the offices all in the same building. I will have a desk in the old office of the gas station. The pumps will be removed and then I don't have to feel like I am intruding on his family life. They need the room where my office is in their house because they are expecting another baby in November. I think this is a good move for all involved. I will have an office in town where I can go for walks during my lunch time if I want. I will be able to see people while I work. There is a park right across the street from where the office is. Going to be an interesting change. This will happen fairly quickly also. So now it will be a couple miles longer commute each day.
Found out this evening that my aunt had a massive stroke today. They are going to remove all life support items tomorrow. She had damage to her left side and she would not want to live in a nursing home. Now I wait for the call that she has passed. She has been my Godmother all my life...what a sweet woman. Spitfire that did not really care what people thought of her. She was herself..plain and simple.
Feeling sad and really not up to entering data from today...Good night all...
