well, down another pound. just great. i am feeling so much more in control of my destiny. not really sure what took me so long to get here, but i am here and feeling great. this will be a rough week ahead with my cycle (and water weight) but i am going to try really hard to stay the course! next goal is 230 on Friday. i have not weighed 230 for over 12 years!!
232.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
