Felt MUCH better today! Did a little workout on the Bowflex Xceed around lunchtime. And just finished some cardio on the Treadmill.

1.Bowflex Xceed
1.)Bicep Curls 3 x 15 (25lbs. ea.)
2.)Rows 2 x 15 (25lb. ea.)
3.)Leg Curls 3 x 10 (30lb. ea.)
4.)Low Squats 3 x 40 (no weight)
5.)Shoulder Presses 2 x 15 (40lb. each side)
6.)Back Shoulder Presses 2 x 15 (40lb. each side)
7.)Sitting Crunches 2 x 20 (40lb. each side)
8.)Chair Lunges 1 x 15 (no weight)

1.Treadmill: 23 min. 10 sec. (until it shut off on me)
Distance: 1.28 miles (5.1 laps)
Speeds: 2, 3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8 mph
Calories: 180
Fat Cals: 56.4
142.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
