I've been working out 3 times a week consistently for the last two months. I'm doing 3 sets on almost all exercises and have added 5-10 lbs to my weights. My weight is going down as I am getting stronger but I want to increase my weight to about 140lbs. I have had my calorie goal ar 1880 but yesterday increased it to 2000. Not that easy to eat that many"Good" calories and keep up with chores and my daily trips to the nursing home to feed Mom her dinner and check on her room/clothes etc.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
