I love all of the recipes on fatsecret! They are so awesome and I can't wait to share them with my boyfriend. We love to cook together. :) I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. Mine is okay so far... my motivation is just a little low but I'm working on it. Also, I've been under eating (except for the weekend I just had). My calorie intake is only set to 1,000 calories a day. That is already way too low but I am afraid to take in a lot. I am also getting sick of my exercise bike but it's too cold to go outside and jog! Grrrr springtime needs to come soon!





Below I have made a list 10 things I hate about being fat. I want to change all of these things!


1.) The way my fat falls over my pants
2.) Having to wear my pants past my belly button so they "suck in the fat"
3.) How my fat jiggles when I walk, jump, run, etc.
4.) Not being able to buy cute clothes in the stores I want
5.) Not being able to buy any size smaller than XL
6.) Feeling uncomfortable in public because I might be the only fat person around
7.) How I hate getting full body pictures
8.) How my thighs rub together when I walk
9.) When the straps on a ride at the fair wont fit around me
10.) Jumping into the pool and making a gigantic wave!


Basically, being fat is very unacceptable to me and my life. I just don't want to hate all these things about me. I plan to change.
