ok, I did it..... I weighed in. I have been at 140 for about 2 weeks but I was hoping to just lose a little so it wouldn't look so bad. But who am I kidding!? I am wearing it. Time to face facts. :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do this. Why not make a new plan..Something small that you can commit. Also try to start planning your meals ahead of time. This really helps me to know what I have to eat and to snack on. Don't set big goals that seem impossible to reach. Set mini goals. Most important come here everyday and journal. Read other journals to see how your buddies are doing and pick up some helpful tips and support along the way. This is a great site with great people. Use it to its fullest. You won't be sorry!! You will get there. just make sure you're eating enough. Keep your intake above 1200 calories/day or it will slow down your metabolism. If you keep it above 1200, but below your max RDI you should do great.
