Well, I ate horribly yesterday. I took a "me day" off work and went to the gym for a couple hours in the morning, so I suppose that helps counteract some of the junk I ate. I've been pretty good though, so I'm not too worried, and I didn't feel guilty about it either. It was good, I was treating myself, it happens.
