Today has been a bit of a failure. Not HORRIBLE as a couple of days have been recently, but not good either as far as eating and exercising. Carbs were way too high and protein was too low.
Personally, I think I just wanted a day without the added thoughts of dieting, but in reality, I've had too many of them recently with my birthday and the super bowl.
