I'm not going to record food for today. We had a potluck at work and I ate: tons of "ants on a log", celery and buffalo wing dip (carb free/ high calorie), sliced ham and cheese, two cups of diet soda.
For breakfast I had two tiny chicken tenderloins that I baked last night. For morning snack I had flax seed crackers and cheese.
For dinner I'll snack on a few more chicken tenderloins. That's all folks.
I did have all 8 cups of water, though!
