Another good day at the gym...I'm really trying to push myself more with the weights...the last two weeks I was just testing them out...this week I added weight and now I'm sore :)

Just a note: My exercise calendar doesn't truly reflect how much time I spend or the speed at which I go...I just try to find something that is similar the the amount of calories the machine said I burned. So it may only look like I spent a leisurely hour at the gym, but I usually spend two busting my butt. I just like to be cautious of what I put down for exercise...I want to get the most realistic view of what I'm burning.

Of course I was hoping to be down to 193 lbs on Sun (I know, I know...numbers, just numbers) But I really don't see it happening...my muscles are sore and I know I'm retaining a lot of water. Hopefully I will have lost some inches though...I'm going to take my monthly measurements :)
