Good Morning My fellow FS buddies..I am hurting LOL all the exercise I did yesterday really hurt my back today...sucks because I have to work tonight...I plan on doing my work out video again today I think it was the volleyball that messed me up :) Hate volleyball some how I get suckered into to playing. ANyways I just got home from the pediatrician with my son everything is good and he is healthy.oh I gotta go I just remembered I have to go pay some bills fun times ttyl
