Feeling good about this weigh in. I lost a pound this week even after all the oopsies between last wednesday and now. I hope I can keep this up just a couple pounds away from goal # 1.

You are doing so awesome Chick. SO proud of you. I wanted to ask. What is your calorie intake each day. I am thinking about lowering mine just a bit.
