Guacamole for lunch!

I've been a huge salad eater since the beginning of the lifestyle change, but today I felt so cold all over. I didn't want a cold salad. I went to Walmart and suddenly remembered what I read about avacados, they have 17g of carbs which 13 are fiber. I was like heck yes! What can I eat with avacado, Oh I know, I'll make guacamole! Totally low carb/ high protein approved! I added two lightly salted Quaker rice cakes instead of chips. They're whole grain so that's what's up. Ymmmy!!!
