Ok Doc....
We're about to get SERIOUS!!!!!!
First, pissed that I eat mostly salads and protein drinks and only lose 1 POUND!!!!
Water weight....OMG I retain water like a motherfucker!!! Feet and ankles swell BIG TIME. This must stop!!! I need sexy ankles.
Going to restart and list sugars and how much insulin I took. Will use this tool to help and report all.
Will be using the "The Diabetes Breakthrough" as my diet. My calories for the day will be 1500.
I've noticed in my snack entries I have become addicted to Wasa crackers and cheese. I must limit myself on these even if I am still within my 1500 calorie limit. They help me get through the day though.....especially the Laughing Cow cheese. 35 calories and happiness in a wedge. We'll see.
