I hate these late night cravings when I am trying to quit eating at least two hours before I go to sleep!

Today I made a mental note that no eating after 9:00pm. That is early for a night owl! I so relate on the difficulty of nite cravings! BUT... we can do it! Just keep coming to FS & type & then we can't eat as easy cuz our hands are busy! LOL
