I feel AWESOME today. My body is a little soar but let me tell you what I see a huge differance in my body this week. Although I didn't lose weight since last wednesday I did not gain eigther and my rear looks toned! I feel like I will make my first goal- 15 pounds by Febuary 28th with no trouble at all. Then I need to set a goal for April 15th (before I go to VA)
