I made it to the gym and worked myself into a sweat. :) I then got to go home and snow blow. The drifts were amazing and I worked up another sweat. Ah, I must smell wonderful... lol!


My challenge is to get up EVERY morning and work out. I may take the weekends off to give myself a break. However, I don't want to fall out of the habit (once I form it). I have a workout buddy that met me there today. That helps with the motivation to get there.

Did I say before that I hate to exercise? I'm hoping to change that view. I so need to live a healthier life.
