I see that by months end that I'm almost out of food and is were I lose the majority of my weight. When I have the house full of food I make bad choices. I think I make up for not eating much at the end of the month and do it without thinking twice during that time. As of now, I'm eating to survive with what I have, only have 3 days and counting, lol, until the 1st and grocery shopping!!! ( see I'm anticipating already ) Let's see if I can kee control of myself this time, lol!!! Hope everyone's having a great weekend!!!
