I had skipped some mid day snacks on the nutrisystem program and cut back on water because of my schedule. So I averaged last week under 1300 calories per day and the result was almost no loss. Nutrisystem advised the calories slowed metabolism and thats why I slowed the loss this week so I am back to eating all that the program plans which is 1500 calories
197.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Indeed the lowered caloric intake could have caused a slow down. Also, it is normal to have a plateau now and again, although I personally DETEST them. You have done so well and will continue to succeed!! Stay on track and soon you'll have reached your goal!
