Woo hoo!!! Got under 205!!! Like I'd mentioned yesterday I haven't seen this weight since I was 17, as far as I can remember. Of course, anymore, just because I can't remember something doesn't mean it didn't happen -- but I'm pretty sure this one's true.

It feels amazing! So much better than last year, this time. I'm not planning on stopping here, but if for whatever reason I did, I would still be thrilled. Work finally let up enough that I was able to get a workout in yesterday. Nothing great, but it felt good to get back into it. And wow, it's amazing how the muscles puff right back up again. Yeh, sure, I'll admit to a bit of mirror-flexing after the workout... no shame. But that mirror is still a reminder of how much I still want to do. It isn't over yet.

A while ago I promised another before / during pic update when I got to 205. I'll work on getting a picture up sometime soon. I promise, no shirtless flexing stuff. Hah!

Another major goal is to get back to working out regularly. I've got next week off from work, so I should have time to post and comment on your journals a bit more -- and kick workouts into high gear! :D

Oh, and get taxes done. Ugh!

Always on TOP Rob! :D WTG. I really worked out hard ONE day this week LOL not trying to be funny but I kicked my own butt. I was so sore the remainder of the week I had to pop ibuprofin gel caps just so I could sleep! Today just the TOPS of my feet ache. Whats with that?! :D
