Ok Ok so I didnt do so well today...My RDI that fat secret came up with was 2200 calories based on my weight age and gender and all that but I changed it to 1500 calories so I would never even come close to going over. Wednesday is wing night for my husband and I plus we have a few cocktails well I went over my made up RDI of 1500 calories but only by 48 little cals. Tomorrow I will do better plus there will be no cocktails lol. Saturday might be a bad day were going on a camping trip well a one night camping trip for a christmas tree bomb fire Im sure there will be adult beverages maybe Ill stick to light beer its easier to track how many calories youve drank.. I didnt weigh myself but didnt record it here because it stayed the same and it had only been one day. :) well its late and I have a buzz..HAHAHa does sex count as an exercise?? :)
