I binged and made myself sick after dinner. I had dinner and then had a craving for something sweet. I had extra calories to spare, so i decided to allow myself to have some ff/sf pudding topped with berries. Well as usual, if i give myself an inch I take a mile. I slipped up and just kept eating mindlessly realized I was stuffed. Before I knew it, i felt nauseated and then, yep.... puked.
Only one day short of a whole week of doing great.


F*** Me. >.< Im so pissed off.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 February 2009:
