So, I weighed in yesterday and lost only 2.4 lbs....But I lost a total of 7% body fat and gained some muscle mass, which gives me hope to loose the weigh for long term rather than yo-yo like I have in the past when I've lost 10 lbs in a week or two, but no fat %age. I feel good! Although I didn't keep up with my routine, I have not stopped walking. I also bought one of those calorie and heart rate monitors to be able to check myself on a daily basis. :) I am content and looking forward to loosing some more weight and to feel better inside out!
