Almost didn't exercise today....rainy day and just wanted to stay in bed reading, but I do want to accomplish this weeks goal of losing two pounds and laying in bed isn't going to cut it. I was also starting to eat because I was bored...and that is very bad. So I planned on only walking a mile on the treadmill...I ended up walking 1 mile and jogging the other...go me. Also did my 8 min abs...so I'm good for today. Tomorrow is a gym day so I plan on bringing it hard...really getting the most out my workout...only 5 days til my weigh in....come on 195...I can do it!!!
