Hello Everyone! I am not new to FS but new to Weight Watchers. I am starting tomorrow. I need all the motivation and support anyone has to offer. I am a yo yo dieter looking to stop it. Atkins has always been my diet of choice but its not working for me this go round. I crav cereal and bread to much this time. hope someone out there can help me stay motivated!

Welcome to WW. It's a good plan, but you need to read all the materials and get familiar with what you need to do. Plus, going from Atkins to WW can be a little tricky. You need to add in carbs more slowly or you may show a gain for a few weeks. Give it at least a month on plan to really see if it is working. Make sure you eat your daily points every day (they are the mimimum you need for good health and to help you lose). If you have any questions, feel free to email me. Good luck!
