Planned out my entire eating plan for the day and loaded it in. This also means ZERO alcohol which is a weakness for me. The way I look at it... why waste the calories on only two drinks. Ugh - it's going to be tough to get through the weekend.

If alcohol is a problem, try to increase your exercise, and change your routine to avoid the place where you usually have those drinks. If that continues to be your problem, seek help for you alcohol problem.

I have trouble with weekends and/or alcohol too! I always try to eat less during breakfast and lunch so I can "splurge" on a drink with dinner. In January and February, that worked.....but in March I have already blown it! I am back to buckling down and staying within my calorie range so I can meet my next mini goal! Hang in there!
