I think it is time to stop weighing myself everyday now that I have a good rhythm going with eating and working out. I weighed myself everyday to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to, but now it's just becoming a disappointment. I've discovered a trend for my body and it seems that no matter how much I work out and how well I eat, My numbers only change about every 2 days. I'm not sure if it's because I am gaining lean muscle at the same time, or if it just takes that long for all the hard work to catch up on my scale, but I haven't been able to change it, so I might as well stop disappointing myself every morning.

But I can't tell you how thrilled I am to have this new found self control and motivation to move!

I agree, weighing yourself every day and losing only 2 or so pounds a week is just going to be a disappointment. I only weigh myself on Sundays for just that reason (learned that on a previous attempt to lose weight). Good luck!
