day six for me... feeling really good. Went to the gym straight after work because I knew If I came home I would not have went. was there for about two hours and got four miles in. I was going to do their 30 minute thing but the weather is getting ugly and I didn't want to drive home in snow.
I'm past trying healthy is becoming a habit for me. AND THAT IS AWESOME!
