Well, I know its a day early, but the news on the scale was too good to be true. For a while there it looked like no matter what I did there was no way that I was actually going to lose weight. Now I happen to know that to keep the arrow green next week I'm going to have to be angelic and keep squeezing in the exercise. The week after that we have a professional improvement conference - so I'll be away and I'm not sure what the eating will be like. Probably not as healthy. Hopefully there will be lots of sports.
:D
Its the weekend, which means there is lots of time to exercise (and more temptations to eat) I think I'll make up a nice bit of stirfry today and I have some sweet potatoes too. I'll have to make up a new batch of soup soon too.
It feels so good to finally turn the tide!! I'm honestly grinning ear to ear. I had started to worry that I was just going to keep gaining regardless of what I do.
