I started this program on the 7th but I couldn't change the beginning weight so I am starting again at this weight. My original weight was 320 so I have lost 17lbs so far.
I am going to start my weight over today at 303 and see what happens from here. I know that I am doing pretty good so far, I just have a very hard time eating enough veggies to get what I need ... I have to eat at least 12 carbs of veggies alone! I am finding it almost impossible to do.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 163.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Hi! I'm sending you a buddy request...we started at about the same place; let's run the rest of this race together. :) May I suggest that you simply add some nice veggies to things like scrambled eggs or make an omelette? It is an easy way to enjoy veggies without just cooking up and eating one single serving of vegetables at a time. Also, making Atkins-friendly casseroles or soups is a great way to get your veggies in. It really is necessary so that you get your healthy fiber and lower your cholesterol.
