So far I am loving the BodyBugg!! I won't go on and on about it, but here is a great example for all my buddies that do not know where to record the Wii Free Stepper on here: I did 1 hour of free steps this morning, (two 30 minute times) and according to the BodyBugg, I burned right around 400 calories!! Woohoo!!! I can't wait to see how much goes when I do the usual walking bit.
