I don't know if my scale is even working at this point. It never changed from 180.4 for over a week. It is one of the fat%, body water% scales. So I used the program to measure my fat% and bw%. That said I was 174.4, a 6 lb difference!! This is not so much a bad thing, but it does mean I probably need a new scale. I tried the regular scale feature again and it said 174.4. I then took a "shower" (not washing my hair, it was dry, as my shower head was malfunctioning and I basically had to take a sponge bath) and weighed myself again, just as a test. It said 180.4 again!! So I tried the fat% program again and it said I was 174.4!! WTF?! So once I got my fiance to get on it and it read 197.0 an he was shocked, he insisted he did not weigh that much, although he has put on some weight, he's just in denial. I get back on in my robe and it said 177.0. At this point after the shower debacle, and the scale I am not having a good morning. AfteR I got dressed I got on the scale again and it said 178.2, so that is what I am using as my weigh in today. Guess I need to go buy a new scale...crud.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
