Yay!! Body Bugg is officially on. I have my very manly looking display "watch" on and it automatically starts with the amount of calories that I would have burned while sleeping last night. It is recommended that I wear it for 23 hours a day, but the book says you don't have to wear it while you sleep if it's uncomfortable. It was charging last night. I'll be wearing it while I sleep because I want every calorie to count!! (I do a lot of tossing and turning at night. hahahaha)

So today starts the official Blog about it. Uncommonlydisconnected.blogspot.com is my site if anyone wants to read up. I will try and track my journey with the BodyBugg with little tidbits of what I learn about it and me so that anyone else interested can decide if they think it is worth purchasing.

In other news, I lost a little less than a pound and a half!!! Wooohoooo!!! I worked hard yesterday for that and am feeling the consequences this morning. But that's ok. I can handle it to see that scale move.

One of the first places that I am seeing a change in is my chin!!! My double chin is getting a little less noticeable. That makes me very happy!

Signing off, have a great day!

I <3... and I so terribly want to follow your blog... but the contrast (white on black) hurts my eyes. Please take absolutely no offense to that... the chiaris has made my eyes kinda wonky at times. Will you be posting the same info here? I so adore reading your journal entries, I can only imagine how much fun the blog is going to be!

I will post here too, just for you! =) Sorry about the blog. I would change it for you, but when I tried once it erased everything and I don't want to risk that again... Thanks for the encouragement! I know all about the wonky eyes... Try explaining to the eye doc that one minute things are blurry and the next they are fine, or the little bright lights I can see flashing in front of them at night even when they are closed and the room is completely dark.... That's crazy!! Wanna know what else is weird? I can't see in 3-D. I went to see Avatar last year and without the 3-D glasses the screen was blurry, with them it was crystal clear, but nothing was in 3-D. And everytime I try since then it's the same. Doc said maybe it was something like the polarization in my eyes being defective or something. I'm a nurse and I didn't quite understand... It's funny, I have my own built in twinkling filter. Every light either has a halo around it or a "twinkle" like my husbands filter for his camera... Anyway, have a great night!!
