I got the BodyBugg in today! The USB cable they sent me was bad, so I had to troubleshoot that for a while and I finally found one of my husband's to replace it at about 9pm... Luckily the system comes with a 1 year warranty, so they will just send me another one. So Now I have to wait for it to charge up before I can "officially begin". But, I did get it all registered and my goals in place. It limits what goals you can set. "safety limit", but even with their limits, if I stick with it, my goal date was May 8th! That's the week before I graduate and I wanted my goal (initial goal anyway) to be done before graduation. Perfect. That goal will put me at 150lbs. I know that is still overweight since I am a shrimp, but it's a good start. My first mini-goal is to be under 200!! I will celebrate the day I see 199 on the scale. It's been at least 3 years since I saw under 200. 4 more pounds. Mental Check: In Christ I can do all things!

I have to say, in a first glance, there seems to be more food options on here than on the Body Bugg system, but they allow plenty of room for adding what you need to add, which is good. They did have multiple meals from Olive Garden on that site that were not on here. But they really encourage you to monitor your own food, to be able to weigh and calculate everything, so it's probably a benefit that you have to create items in your log. Maybe it will hold me more accountable to have to research everything myself and record exactly what's on a package rather than what someone else reported.

I'm so excited for you... excited that you got the bugg finally, but so much more excited that you are only 4 pounds from your "under 200" wish! Yay Jamaica!
