Ate like a piglet today and I feel much better...almost hit 1500 calories...I am moving in the right direction. Also had a great workout at the gym...got some bad news yesterday (does it ever end?!?) and it was a great way to get my mind off of it for a bit. I"m going to keep on plugging along on this weight loss journey and hopefully get myself back in happy, healthy shape.
