I am doing good today, even though the kids at work were like a zoo let loose :) I say that lovingly.... I didn't fold and give in to eating just to get away from it all. I think my attitude adjustment has worked.. I do have to tell myself every day that I will not backslide... a true test is coming this weekend, we are going up to SC for a three day weekend to help family with a renovation project a long time in need... so it is going to be a challenge for me to stay on track while traveling and being tired... and hungry, and my MIL (mother in law) is an excellent cook... and so is my FIL who makes a mean spagheti and meat balls... and awesome ribs... so I have to keep up with exercise and eating minimum instead of just because it tastes good. I have decided to take my own snack items so I have something to fall back on if there is not anything available that fits what I have been eating.. and I also asked my husband for support, when his mom says "eat more there is plenty!" to not go along with her when it comes to me and say that same thing to me... to know when I say I am done I am done and to support that. He doesn't always realize he is doing that so if I tell him he will be more aware. So anyway, even if that didn't make sense to anyone I understand what I just said ;) ... standing at 181, but looking for less in the next couple of days,, and like I said I am hoping for the same or lower when I return from my trip on Monday... we are leaving friday after the kids get home from school.
