Alright, I have done great for the last 2 days. Now tonight is Euchre Club. Dinner is at 6:30 at club. I am having my dinner right now that is proper foods and amounts. She is having a fabulous salad. I have alloted enough calories to have a small bowl. M&Ms? Are going to be a challange, but I can do without them. They are like Lays Potato Chips to me "Bet you can't eat just one". On the 29th of this month I am looking forward to being out of the 230s.
