My BodyBugg should be coming in tomorrow!!! I am very excited! I can't wait to see how many calories I actually do burn. I do not have my hopes set super high. I expect that what I record on here is probably an overshot because there's no real way to record some stuff. Stairs, weight lifting, changes in pace, etc... So I will understand the reality and not be shocked by it. I'm just so excited to finally be able to get in some accuracy! Wooohooo!!

I had that blog long before I found this site. It was kind of my complain center and sharing center. I like to really clue people in on exactly what I am going through. That way if someone is going through something similar they may find some solace in my experience and know they are not alone.

I am kind of bothered by this place that I am at. When you first start exercising you feel like the underdog. You are limited by your body's abilities, your mind's will power and your crazy cravings for certain foods... But where I am now seems like an even stranger place. I feel as though I have stalled. I am still eating right, and I have upped my workouts tremendously. I have a feeling that it has something to do with my TOM, but it's frustrating to know you are doing everything right and not seeing the scale move. I'e become obsessive. Yesterday I did great and I worked out twice, walking/running 2 miles and doing the BL workout video, and then I did the Wii Fit steps (30 min) last night. This morning I got up and expected to at least see a few points of pound lost at least. I wasn't even expecting a whole pound, just a few points... It was disappointing to see the same number to say the least. I know I should hold it as a grain of sand because my body doesn't work normally, the TOM, and normal fluctuations anyway, but I just couldn't help but feel that little sinking feeling that happens when I don't have progress.

Ugh. We'll see what the scale says in the morning, now it's bedtime...
