Today I didn't start so well by snacking on chicken in a biscuit crackers (1 serving at 160 calories) and better cheddar crackers (1/2 a serving at 80 calories) as well as a 100 calorie snack pack. I also drank a 2 serving bottle of Snapple Asian Pear Green tea at 120 calories. I worked out for 40 minutes 18 minutes on an incline treadmill (4 minutes of jogging at a speed of 5.5 mph and 14 minutes of brisk walking at 3.8 mph. I did 20 minutes of floor exercises including crunches. For lunch I ate about a cup of homemade lentil soup, grilled chicken breast and 2 cups of mixed fresh fruit. So far I have drank 20 ounces of water and expect to drink at least 40 more ounces before the end of the day.
