Didn't make it to the gym last night. Feeling pretty sad about something today and I am promising myself to not make myself try to feel better with food. Anyhow I woke up feeling thin...I don't know if anyone knows what I mean. But I can see for myself the difference .. could really see it this morning. Especially my face. I promised myself I wont weight myself until feb 1 and Im sticking to it. I hope see myself in the 180's . I am so sick and tired of the 190 to 200 range. So it gives me something to look foward to inspite of certain things going on trying to get me down.
