So I am feeling better finally today. I went to the gym this morning and did 2 miles on the treadmill. Which is a first in a long long time. I did the ARC and Bike for 15 min each. It felt really good. The house is getting cleaner so I don't feel like it is such a big task so now I can spent more time on me. I have a doc appt for my shoulder today. Hopefully I will get the ok to start yoga and swimming again.
