OK! I HAD A LARGE BREAKFAST TODAY AND I FEEL GOOD. I WILL MONITOR MYSELF TO SEE IF I AM HUNGRY WITHIN THE NEXT FEW HOURS. YOU GUYS SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE A LARGE BREAKFAST....GOOD LUNCH...LITE DINNER. AS LONG AS IT HOLDS ME WITHOUT BEING HUNGRY SHORTLY AFTER I EAT...THIS WILL BE MY NEW WAY OF EATING IN THE MORNING. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE.
