I'm still not making much progress, but I'm getting to the point where I'm more or less consistantly counting my points.. and I'm eating less than I'm using. I'm going to try making myself drink a good swig of water every time I want to eat. Its helping with my hydration, but my weight doesn't seem to be going down at all....

I still need to bump up the exercise, but I'm making progress there. I can see some differences in tone at least. I'm also banning myself from buying anything with nuts. They may be healthy, but I don't seem to be able to eat a serving size and then stop.... maybe post diet.

We'll give it some more time and then I may have to get a bit more drastic. For now, I've been trying to cook up more healthy stuff to keep me out of the junk food.

Soon hopefully it'll get warm enough for walks outside... not much fun at -35 C... soon perhaps.

Anywho, back to work.
