Started on Atkins 2 days ago and it is already working well. After 2 days, I have lost 6.5, which I am sure is water weight, but it tells me this diet is working. Foods have been mostly salads, scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese, along with pork chop and steak. Snacks include peperoni and broth and celery with cream cheese. I need to find some better snacks.
