It has been a week of being good. I haven't made it for an entire week since I have gained the weight two years ago. I am terrified of the scale. It may say that I lost a pound, or none, there is no way that I could have gained. ( I hope ). Since I made progress as far as sticking to this, albeit only a week, I don't want to discourage myself. I may have to wait another week.

Diet Calendar Entries for 04 February 2009:

one day at a time, and one week at a time, the best thing is that you sound determined to get back on track. we all slide once in awhile, the thing is you need to stick with it. the weight does come off when you follow the program. and don't be afraid of the scale, don't obsess over it either(like i tend to do)but when you see results it is encouraging. good luck!

You can do it! Are you going to the weekly meetings? I know for me I commit to attending each week. I need it Good or bad, I am there. Write down what you eat and make sure you eat! I actually do all my meals with weight watchers and my family has really seen the benefit! You can do this! Only weigh once a week take your measurement sometimes you see more there! You can do this! If I can, you can! One thing that helps me in the filling foods and making sure to eat protein. Here is a trick I use. Your points are like a checkbook, don't buy it unless it's on sale! That means make your points count for you! There is NOTHING on WW you can not have, but make good choices. Remember you deserve it. Last night I wanted SWEETS, so I made a WW carrot cake, I used portion controls and it was good. FREEZE what you are not going to eat. I am carb sensitive so I eat more protein and it helps me loose. Eat small meals, I actually eat about every 2 to 3 hours! One day at a time, no negative self talk. There is no such thing as being Good or BAD? It's choices, and you choose to be AWESOME! Go for it MOM! You can be the Mom you want to BE! Be your own best friend! GO FOR IT!!! Set your goals daily, see yourself, BELIEVE IT! You can do it! WE all believe in you!
