SO I knew better but I weighed myself this morning. Up 1 lb- no big deal I expected it but a little guilt passed through me. It will be gone by our next weigh in though. (Friday will be a better day)

Started potty training my daughter again. Girls are not easier. Wish me luck.

I am expecting to have gained a lb myself also. I have been eating right.. and I have been exercising. But thats the thing. I think I have gain some muscle instead of losing weight.
